New objective, cost recovery

Below are images from our afternoon. They bring great delight to me. I figure I earned approximately $25 dollars today in free labor. That should cover one ER copay. $25 bucks down, $5 billion to go. Good times for the Mead boys ahead.

Job well done.

Pics from today

Lily is teething and loving these frozen bagels.
I guess I should wash the dishes.
Lily is mobile and all over, she is also so proud of herself.

Wish I was there

It's 105 degrees outside, wishing I was somewhere else. Here I am at Mt. Bachelor in Oregon. I'm just going to pretend that it's freezing outside and I need a coat and face mask.

Lemonade?

Seriously, who could resist. And nobody even tried to resist. Here is Owen with his first customer. Owen outfitted in this totally darling sign made a cool $22 dollars in under 20 minutes. We sold out, even got some outrageous donations ($5 dollars a cup) but everyone was so nice and made a little boys dream come true. His dream? Buying the Teenage Mutant Ninja turtles video game. Big dreams.

We are prolific

You can't really tell from this picture but they just keep having more and more and more babies!
Lucy's sister Sunny has been visiting for the last two weeks. She is the nicest dog, very friendly and obedient, but very very very furry! AGGGGGGHHH!!! (This is even more upsetting because this means Lucy will be THIS furry!)
Jerry, he's even had it with all of the animals and just wants a break.

Miss Lucy, very friendly nice dog, (kind of stinky though). She loves to roll around in dirt AGGGGGHHHH!

Seriously....this is getting crazy. These kittens were "dropped off" by some **** (jerk?) two days ago and now live in my front bushes. I don't want them to stay, but I feel too guilty to not feed them. I keep trying to catch them but they are bent on torturing me.
You may think I'm making this up, I wish I were, holy cow. So, this bird fell from it's nest in our backyard. It's parents are hovering above it screeching and diving down at anything that comes near it. Enter...Jerry. I feel too bad to let him eat her, at least while I'm at home and can reasonably do something about it. So I've had to keep the three stooges (Jerry, Sunny and Lucy) INSIDE!!!! KILL ME!!!!!! (or at least the frikin bird that is forcing me to keep these hairy, smelly, wild animals in my house).

Oh, and look we caught a monkey just this afternoon.

What is the sexiest Chad's been??

Here is a picture of Chad on his mission, looks pretty good.

Here is Chad on our wedding day, just before we leave our reception, looking very happy, and very sexy.

This is picture was taken on our trip to Europe in Venice. Looking o' so handsome and sexy.

The above picture was taken this week by me documenting the absolutely, all-time, super incredible, most outstanding, hottest, sexiest thing ever...a man doing housework! Housework is how can I say, the most freakin sexy thing a man can do for me.

Your secret desires fullfilled...Mead's 4th of July pictures

We spent the 4th O July with our friends the Haiman's. I absolutely love this holiday! If presents were in someway involved it would for sure be my favorite. I love being outside, BBQ'ing, the parades, all the patriotism, and of course...FIRE! Not even being hit by fireworks, (multiple times I might add) can turn me off from them. Good times!
We will begin the picture festivities with some good ole fashion muscle flexing, lucky boy he got his father's sense of humility.
The jump
The splash
The awesomeness

I made her this cute (obviously)

Smores time, and the excitement of almost lighting Kate's hair on fire, (thanks to Luke of course).

I think Owen has the song "Get down to it" constantly running through his head.

Still groovin, anxiously awaiting for the firework show.

Imagine Patrick saying "we're best friends, we're best friends"...and if you don't know what I'm talking about it's just because I'm so much more cultured than you.

And here is Lily to end this post on a sweet note.

Happy Independance day!

I was checking out my friends blog when I happened upon Amy's blog and fell in love with her 4th of July post! I urge everyone to go over there and read it! Such a great reminder of our country and where we come from. Thanks so much for Amy for all the research on American history. Happy 4th of July. And make sure to light something on fire to celebrate. :)
